URGENT FOSTER HOME NEEDED - PLEASE NOTE THAT HARNAS' BREED IS A POLISH MOUNTAIN DOG - KNOWN AS A TATRA.
UPDATE: June 27, 2010 - Harnas is a big beautiful boy weighing in at 110 pounds. He is a remarkable fellow who is very smart and wise, but also has a playful side. He loves to go on walks but most of all he loves to be with his person. We would describe Harnas as a gentle giant. As you can see from his pictures that a head halter/halti was left on him constantly which has caused an indent and discoloring of his fur. We have found him to be a strong boy but he will listen if he does pull out on his leash or flexi leash.
June 20, 2010 - We are looking for an experienced foster home. Harnas is a Polish Mountain Sheepdog. Please see link below on the breed; we ask that you read up on the breed so that you are aware of the nature/temperament of this breed. We are looking for a foster home with dog experience. Harnas is not a dog for a first time dog guardian.
Due to Harnas' large size no children under the age of 15 years.
